This page explains how Coin680 researches, writes, and publishes content, and what standards every article on this site is held to before it goes live. Content and editorial standards are led by Mr Whale, who has been active in the crypto market since 2020.
Our Content Categories
Coin680 publishes three distinct types of content, each with its own purpose and rules:
- Bitcoin Academy — educational, evergreen lessons covering Bitcoin fundamentals. These articles contain no affiliate links and are not influenced by advertiser relationships.
- Crypto Market News — timely coverage of market-moving events, written independently from underlying facts rather than reproduced from any single outlet.
- Exchange Reviews & Comparisons — reviews of cryptocurrency exchanges that may contain affiliate links, always disclosed. See our Advertising Disclosure.
How We Verify News
Before publishing a market news article, we cross-check the underlying event against at least two independent sources rather than relying on a single outlet’s account. We do not publish prices, statistics, or quotes we cannot verify from our own research — if a detail can’t be confirmed, we leave it out rather than guess. Live price and market data displayed on this site (including our Crypto Prices page) is sourced from CoinGecko’s public market data API and updates automatically.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges do not influence the factual content of our Bitcoin Academy or news coverage. Exchange reviews are written to reflect publicly available information about fees, features, and account types; we do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable review or guaranteed ranking. See our full Advertising Disclosure for details on how affiliate links work on this site.
Tone and Accuracy Standards
We do not use language that promises guaranteed returns, predicts specific future prices as fact, or encourages impulsive financial decisions. Every article includes a disclaimer clarifying that content is educational and informational, not financial advice.
