Coinbase Set to Report Q2 Earnings Today as Wall Street Expects a Revenue Decline

Coinbase reports earnings today too — and Wall Street isn’t expecting good news.
Coinbase is set to release its Q2 2026 results after market close on July 30, the same day as Strategy’s own earnings call. Analysts are forecasting revenue of $1.31 billion, a 12.8% decline year-over-year, with earnings of roughly $0.15 per share — down 51.6% from the same quarter last year.
The expected slowdown tracks a broader theme for exchange-dependent crypto businesses this year: trading volume and fee revenue tend to move with market sentiment, and a choppier 2026 for prices has meant thinner activity on the platforms that profit from it.
Robinhood, which also has a growing crypto trading business, reported its own Q2 results the day before, on July 29 — putting three crypto-exposed companies’ earnings within 48 hours of each other and giving the market an unusually clear read on how the industry’s public companies are actually performing right now, beyond token prices alone.
