The Fear and Greed Index on the homepage moves around a lot, and I am curious how much weight people here actually put on it.

Do you treat extreme fear as a buying signal, extreme greed as a warning to take some profit, or do you mostly ignore it and just stick to your own plan regardless of what the index says. What has your actual experience been using it, if you use it at all.
